If you are opening a new Subway location we will require a new customer number & credit application for your account. We will not be able to place or service your equipment without completing the process below:

• Download & complete the attached excel file in it's entirety
• Request credit terms via this link.
• An application ID will be received after completing the credit term link
• Email both your application ID & the completed excel to pbcnationalaccountactivation@pepsico.com, **IMPORTANT** include store number and application ID in the subject or body of email
